DELIVERY INFORMATION
Coralys Design have three options for delivery:
A valid identification is mandatory for pick up. Each pickup order requires that you inspect it before the pickup delivery is signed.
Standard door delivery is pre-scheduled in our office at 317 de Diego Avenue, Puerto Nuevo, San Juan, Puerto Rico or by phone at (787) 782-2927. In case of cancelation of a delivery, you will be contact at least 72 hours in advance of delivery to schedule a new appointment. Your purchase will be delivered to your place at the pre-schedule time by our delivery team. You will have to be at the destination to receive the team. You will contacted via phone, email or text message prior to your delivery date as well as receive communication from the delivery team driver to let you know that they are on the way. In addition, you can also contact the delivery team.
It is responsibility of the customer to inspect merchandise once it is received to verify counts and report any damage that may have occurred during shipment immediately to our delivery team. In event of damage during transit or a miss-ship, Coralysdesignshop.com is happy to facilitate the shipment or replace units, if we are aware of this issue in the delivery time. If any has manufacturing defect the item if fully cover under the warranty for repair or replacements. Coralysdesignshop.com is not responsible for the merchandise after the delivery is signed.
Must furniture requires assembly but this service is not provided in our standard door delivery plans. You will be responsible for assembly. All furniture should come with assembly information. We can offer a Premium Delivery at an extra charge to our Standard Door Delivery for assembly and set along with removal of any packing material. Please contact us at (787) 787-2927 for a pre-scheduled delivery. We do not mount wall mirrors, pictures, chandeliers. We are unable to move existing furniture due to insurance restriction.
If you do not plan to use your merchandise immediately, we recommend that you inspect all your items fully to ensure there is no damage before sign the delivery documents.
There will be a storage charge in orders not pick up at the store or delivery within thirty (30) days, from the date of purchase and/or from having been notified to the customer that the merchandise is ready for delivery and /or collected. After thirty (30) days of having been notified to the customer that the merchandise is ready for delivery or pick up a 3% of the total order will be charged, for each month that the merchandise remains in our warehouse.
We strongly recommend that you measure the area where the furniture will be going prior to order. When the items are order and/or delivery, they cannot be returned or exchange.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS
We kindly ask our customers to open and inspect all products at delivery time. We will gladly accept any returns provided you report any manufacturing defect or damage in the product. A manufacturing defect in the product is fully covered under the warranty for repair or replacements at the delivery time before the delivery documents is signed. Coralysdesignshop.com and Coralys Design is not responsible for the merchandise after the delivery document is signed.
We will not be liable for damages suffered by the merchandise that is not collected and/or delivery within thirty (30) days from having been notified to the customer that the merchandise is ready for delivery and/or pick up.
